From Tequila to Lortab

I love tequila. Margaritas, heavy on tequila. Yum. I miss Jose. Sure, I've seen him on and off- on very rare occassions- but not as frequent as I use to. Now, I'm not an alcoholic, but I enjoy some drinks on the weekend.
I also love wine. Mary, Alexis and I made a killer batch of sangria back in May. Ooh, that was good.
My pain has kind of come back though. Just sharpish, intense, like my bones ache, and I only had two lortabs left. So, I called my pallative doctor down at MD Anderson. The nurse asked me how many were in my bottle (prescribed by another doctor who's physican's assistant was leary to give me a refill of lortab this summer) and I told her 50. She said "Oh no! That will NEVER do!" Huh? I rarely use the things- and most of the time it's just at night to help me relax and sleep thru any possible pains. The rest of the time I just live with it. She wants me to take one every 4 hours. Wow. She explained that if I take it continually like that then I should be able to more effectively treat the pain and that in doing so my treatment overall will improve. So, I guess I'm going to be a little bit drugged now.
I went and looked at some loveseats today. I think I'm going to get one from Pier1 that's on sale. It's $399 and it folds out into a bed. I kind of like that option in case I have company, etc. Only thing is it doesn't match my current sofa. Now, the sofa is downstairs in my parent's living room- only because it's oversize and we couldn't get it through the door to my room. This loveseat isn't that big, and shouldn't be too heavy- so it should be fine. I need something though, because I don't want to be drugged out and in bed, and I prefer to be alone when I'm not feeling well. It could probably fit somewhere when I move back out. It won't go to waste.
I still need bookcases. At least one.
My guy and I are going out on Saturday. We'll see how it goes.
